Introducing the brand new M-Audio Code Series Keyboard Controllers: M-Audio has manged to fit this much control into a small, lightweight and efficient keyboard controller footprint. In a chassis that measures less than two feet across, you get 49 keys with aftertouch, 16 backlit drum pads, 5 faders, 4 knobs, an XY Pad and bundled software. Expression pedal input as well.

M-Audio has released its brand new Code Series keyboard controllers for 2015, available in 3 sizes. (25, 49, and 61) combines all of the production power and performance you need to get the most from your music software and MIDI gear.
All of M- Audio’s Code Series keyboards have an all-new keyboard with action that both is accurate and clean, equipped with everything you need to produce any genre of music, ranging from EDM, hip-hop, trap, rock and so many more. Assignable parameter control is easier than ever before with multiple presets of faders, knobs, buttons, pads, and an to flex pitch bend with a modulation wheel right on top. New to the line of M-Audio controllers is the X/Y Touchpad, an awesome which provides direct touch interaction with effects and VST plugin parameters across at the touch of your fingers. The keyboards are also USB-powered with 5 pin MIDI in and out allows for sending MIDI from PC sequencers to your favorite MIDI equipment.
In addition to all these features, the entire keyboard can be split into four assignable zones to maximize the flexibility and functionality of your setup.

In addition to 49 velocity sensitive keys with aftertouch, you get 16 backlit drum pads. These are automapped to typical MIDI drum layouts, and they can be reassigned to any MIDI note number and stored in a preset. The pads supply a satisfying tactile experience and just like the keys, are easy to get used to and play expressively. There are also 16 assignable RGB backlit velocity sensitive drum pads to indicate at a quick glance exactly what function any particular pad is assigned to. The buttons, knobs and faders are also color-coded to indicate what mode they’re in. A beautiful LED display provides informative feedback, including on-screen display of parameters and settings. Adding precision control to your entire project.

M-Audio includes a great software package ready for anything you want to create. Ableton Live Lite and full versions of Loom and Hybrid 3.0 by AIR Music Technology which usually retails at around $300.
